company of Tovarna Kos, was founded in 1881 by Mr. Hendrik
Kiefer. In doing so, he became a pioneer of the industrial
production of scythes and sickles, within Europe. We
are now one of the leading manufactures of sheet metal
and one of the largest smiths, in Europe. 110 years
of experience and tradition in this craft account for
the quality and the durability of the products. |

Our
largest markets ar in Slovenia, the former Yugoslavia
and almost all EU countries. In total, 70% of our
products are exported immediately. Over the recent
years, a programme of continual investment and modernisation
has been followed, in order to meet the growing demands
and expectations of our customers.

Our
on-site associate company, Bukev d.o.o. is specialised
in woodwork. Amongst other things, the production of
wooden handles for all types of tools for the company
Kos, is carried out here. This enables us to offer an
all-round production and service programm, in wich the
entire process of development, manufacturing and delivery
are dealt with by one company. |
